Digestive Health Center of the Four States opened their doors on May 1st 2013 as an independent integrated single specialty practice. The office serves patients 5 days a week from the four states region: Southeast Kansas, Southwest Missouri, Northwest Arkansas, and Northeast Oklahoma. The practice works in conjunction with all major national health care plans as well as both Freeman and Mercy Health Care Systems. Access to the Galena office is very easy from Joplin and surrounding communities from Interstates 44 and 49 as well as from KS HWY 69 and MO HWY 43. All new as well as established patients are seen by Dr. Weston in conjunction with his dedicated staff. The office also provides a wide variety of diagnostic GI procedures for the entire region, some of which are not even available at major universities and can be easily set up with referrals from your PCP, Family Doctor or Nurse Practioner (APN) /Physician Assistant (PA), Surgeon, etc.
